Orders are ready Mondays starting at 4 am for pick up at Hardcore Fitness Lancaster.

At this time we do not offer delivery.

Our meals are prepared in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy. While we follow strict safety protocols to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Just reheat in the microwave and enjoy. Since microwave wattages vary, we do not offer specific instructions, but as a general rule we recommend around 1:30 and adjust to your liking.

To ensure nutritional accuracy and food safety, we are unable to accommodate custom modifications or substitutions for individual meal components. Our recipes are pre-portioned to maintain consistent macro profiles and quality standards.
